3 tbs. tamari
2 tsp. garlic powder
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. Spirulina powder
tofu into fairly thin, large slices. Lay on a non-stick-baking tray.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over tofu. Bake at 350 degrees
for 15 minutes or until moisture has been absorbed. Serve cold on sandwiches.
