Spirulina...Superfood Spirulina


Leprechaun Macaroons

1 1/2 cups rice flour
1 1/2 cups oat flour
2/3 cup coconut
1/2 cup carob powder1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbs. soaked linseed
2 tbs. lecithin
1 cup soymilk
3 tbs. honey
2 tsp. Spirulina

Combine all dry ingredients. Whiz all remaining ingredients in the blender. Fold wet & dry ingredients together. Batter should be sticky but not runny. Roll into balls and press onto non-stick baking trays. Bake for 14-20 minutes at 325 degrees.
