Spirulina...Superfood Spirulina


Calcium Seed Smoothie

1/2 cup soaked unhulled sesame seeds
3 cups water
3 tbs. carob powder
1 banana
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. kelp
1 tbs. Aloe Vera juice
2 tsp. Spirulina powder

Rinse and drain sesame seeds and combine with all other ingredients in the blender. Blend well and serve chilled. A great way to start the morning!
